Setup Instructions

Open Integrations

Go to the Integrations section in your Superfeedback dashboard.

Add Slack Integration

Locate Slack in the available integrations and click "Connect".

Authorize Superfeedback App

You'll be redirected to Slack to install the Superfeedback app to your workspace. Sign in with your Slack credentials and authorize the app.

Required Permissions:
  • Post messages to channels
  • Read channel information
  • Access user profile information

Configure Channels

Select which Slack channels should receive notifications. You can set up different channels for bugs, feature requests, and general feedback.

Customize Notification Rules

Set up filters to control which feedback triggers notifications. You can filter by sentiment, category, priority, or keywords.

Start Receiving Notifications

That's it! Your team will now receive feedback notifications in Slack. You can adjust settings anytime from your dashboard.
