Setup Instructions

Navigate to Integrations

Go to your Superfeedback dashboard and click on "Integrations" in the sidebar.

Select Jira

Find Jira in the list of available integrations and click "Connect".

Authenticate with Jira

You'll be redirected to Atlassian to authorize Superfeedback. Log in with your Jira credentials and grant the necessary permissions.

  • Read and write issues
  • Read projects
  • Read user information

Configure Settings

Select which Jira project to sync with, configure default issue types, and set up automatic rules for issue creation.

Start Syncing

Once configured, Superfeedback will automatically start syncing feedback with your Jira project. You can view and manage the sync status from your dashboard.
